1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SkyNest Travels website and any package, tour or travel service booked through us. By making an enquiry, booking, or payment, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Bookings & Confirmation

A booking is considered provisional until the applicable advance payment is received and confirmed in writing (via email or WhatsApp) by SkyNest Travels. Package inclusions, itineraries and prices displayed on this website are indicative and subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are per person on double/twin-sharing basis unless specified.
• Online advance payments are processed securely via Razorpay, which accepts domestic and international debit/credit cards, UPI and net banking, subject to Razorpay's own terms and any RBI/regulatory guidelines applicable to international transactions.
• The balance payment must be cleared as per the schedule communicated at the time of booking confirmation, generally before the trip departure date.
• Prices may vary with exchange rate fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or changes in government taxes, and will be communicated before final confirmation.

4. Changes & Cancellations

Cancellation and refund terms for advance payments and packages are described in detail in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Any date changes or itinerary modifications requested after booking confirmation are subject to availability and may attract additional charges from airlines, hotels or other vendors.

5. Travel Documents & Visas

Travellers are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, travel insurance and any other documentation required for their journey. SkyNest Travels can assist with visa guidance as part of select packages, but final approval of visas rests solely with the respective embassy/consulate and is outside our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

SkyNest Travels acts as a facilitator, coordinating with airlines, hotels, transport providers and local operators. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, losses or inconveniences caused by third-party service providers, natural events, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Traveller Conduct

Travellers are expected to comply with local laws and the reasonable instructions of tour guides, hotels and transport operators. SkyNest Travels reserves the right to deny or discontinue service to any traveller whose conduct endangers the safety or experience of the group.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, the SkyNest Travels name and logo — is the property of SkyNest Travels (P) Ltd. and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where SkyNest Travels is registered.
